Malik Bowden, of Southeast, DC, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and simple assault, the Metropolitan Police Department announced on Wednesday, Oct. 26 in regard to a standoff that took place the previous day.
At approximately 11:11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, officers responded to the 3600 block of Hayes Street in Northeast DC, to investigate a “trouble call for service."
